According to global statistics from the total 154 million tons of fish and aquatic in 2011, 90.4 million tons obtained from seas and oceans and 63.6 million tons obtained from aquaculture. 53.3 million ton of aquatic productions, near 89 percent of global production had been produced in Asia through aquaculture in 2011.

 

It is notable that Russia country due to abundant of surface water and rivers and springs of fresh water, is one of the most important countries that natural and organic aquaculture is being done there. And by increasing aquaculture the domestic need is provided and in Krasnodar region, that is from southern and hot areas of Russia, even in the winter, Fresh fish can be produced and be entered the domestic market. And both species of carpfish (warm-water fish) and salmon (cold-water fish) are grown in this region and this is of the main reasons and advantages of this proposal.

The climate properties of the plan zone:

 

Warm-water fish (carp fish) are grown in soil ponds and in poly- culture way and in areas where the temperature is 18 to 32 ° C. And their optimum growth temperature is 24 to 26 ° C. The cold-water fish (salmon) grows in the temperature between 6 and 18 ° C and the optimum temperature is 12° C but, if the water oxygen amount was high and the water were flowing they could grow up to 25° C. The best way is to provide the farm water from the river channels in order to reduce the expenditures and the water oxygen would be in equilibrium position with the air and the water flows.

 

In the south of Russia climate, including Krasnodar region and its suburbs, considering the fresh water rivers, including the river Bela in Belorechensk region which is near pools, the best conditions for warm and cold-water fish breeding exist. These pools have built in the past here and this is the best experience and evidence for doing and continuing this project here.

Given the importance of environmental issues in Russia, and the presence of plenty of fresh water and fertile soil, warm weather of Krasnodar and suitable PH of water and soil, and considering all effective factors in fish production, this plan also has social effects such as employment in different scientific levels. And will revive this location that already has been created by high costs, and will make people and respected authorities happy. Since the creation of pools due to expensive energy is expensive, this plan is consistent with the requirements of the Russian society and I can be developed in the future for these objectives:

Plan Threats:

 

Due to the long time passing of making and using the swimming pools the infrastructures in some parts has been destroyed. The high price of electricity power, gasoline and facilities raise concerns and increase the investment and financial support for the plan. The mother fish should be trained at the beginning to produce kid fish. Simultaneously with pools reconstruction the water problem of pools should be solved. Considering the long length of the water channel that is required in the project, the cooperation of respected authorities and honorable governor is needed more than before to accomplish this project. In the case of administrative cooperation and bank financial support the difficulties and menace of the plan will be decreased and the investment time will be shortened, also it takes less than two years until the pools become revival and supply with water.
