So, for increasing lifetime, enough time should be given to different organs and we should prevent extra pressure on a special organ, this can be done by proper and optimum nutrition. Urbanization and technology development have reduced the human mobility. Wall to wall fast food markets and fried food consumption growth have increased the cardiovascular. Since we must provide third part of calories that our body need through using fat, it is better to use unsaturated oils because they have fewer side effects. Rapeseedand canola oilare both from the best oils that they cause fewer artery clogging in comparison with the other oils.
Body detoxification accomplishes by liver and it is the main element in increasing lifetime that through a proper nutrition results in a good coordination among human organs and prevents extra pressure on a special organ.
Rapeseed and Canola Oil:
These are from the most popular oils among nutritionists and physicians and they believe that they can reduce cardiovascular disease rate for these reasons:
1- They have a little amount of saturated oil.
2- They have a great deal of unsaturated oil.
3- They contain high levels of omega3 fatty acid and omega9 (oleic acid).
4- Compared with other oils, they have the best fatty acid structure.
5- They have a mild smell and taste, so they are suitable for spicy food because their tastes do not combine with flavor of food.
The Vision of Plan:
Executing this project, the cultivation of rapeseed and canola enter into the agriculture system of Russia that is a great step toward sustainable agriculture. Moreover, it causes oil production in higher quality to excellence the Russian’s society health and it can be exported to Iran and other countries.
Considering this fact that Iranian provide 85 percent of their oil need through importation, oil seeds constitute their second major need after cereals in several future years.
According to the World Food Organization (FAO), world oil production has increased about 6 percent over the years; that it is the highest increase in oil production due to the world population increase. In Iran, despite existing large areas of arable land that they are suitable for oil seed production, 85 percent of needed oil is imported because of population increase and severe shortage of underground water. And in Iran, oil seed cultivation such as rapeseed is an alternative for cereal (wheat) cultivation, the more increase in each one, the more decrease in another one, because of the soil and water limitation.
Rapeseed cultivation and abundance of its crops, the most important issue in its exporting is drying machinery and equipment.
Planting canola will result in a variety in conventional agriculture and it can be a great effort in periodic agriculture. It is obvious that oil and fat are from special derivations of agriculture products and these are from main and vital constituents of human food program. Producing oil in a great quality, will decrease cardiovascular diseases and will improve the health conditions in the society.
Considering the vastness of land in Russia and this fact that this product is mechanized, it not only provides the Russia’s need but can be exported to other countries such as Iran that supply 85 percent of their need from foreign countries, and this can help the Russia economy.
Vegetable Oil Consumption in Iran:
Vegetable oil consumption amount, in Iran, is 1.600.000.000 kilograms annually and regarding population increase, this amount will be increased. Right now, less than 15 percent of Iranian’s need to vegetable oils are provided domestically.
In Russia, cause of summer and autumn rainfall and humidity, late planting products such as corn, sunflower and soya face some problems in natural drying and there are waste crops. And perhaps sometimes cause of passing the suitable time for planting, late planting (planting products and drying in farm conditions) is prevented, if there is drying machinery in the region we can keep the products until ripping in the farm and then after harvesting products with more humidity, the drying operations will be done in drying factories.
This will cause:
1- The planting date range of these products will be increased.
2- Late planting of the above products, more land will be cultivated.
3- Using machines will be multi-purpose.
4- Time scope of their activity will increase.
5- Export products quality will be increased.
6- Product storage time will be increased.
7- Competitiveness in the market will be increased.
8- Local farmers will be helped.
9- Transit time and the length of the way do not affect the product quality.
10- The relative humidity, the main factor in price determining, will be controlled.
Equipment and facilities that there are in the place have a positive effect on the variety of planting products. The more variety in products, the more resemblance between planting ecosystem and natural ecosystem and the health of society will be more stable. Pests and plant disease will be prevented and natural or organic or healthy products will be produced. Having this work policy, will be resulted in price increasing and advertising healthy products from healthy environment, and subsequently the tendency of countries for buying and exportation rate will be increased.
Positive Effects of Rapeseed Planting:
1- Make it easy to control narrow-leaf weed in the farm.
2- It has a strong competition with spring and winter broadleaf weeds and controls them and prevents the other products from damage.
3- Rapeseed in air space, stifle the weeds and it has more power than the other plants.
4- Rapeseed has bigger root zone in comparison with cereal and it feeds and waters from lower depth.
5- Obviously, the plants residue has a significant effect in improving soil structure and its ventilation. Anyway, species diversity is better, in every aspect, than monoculture and leads to sustainable agriculture.
6- The remained rapeseed plants increase the productivity in next years’ cultivation (soil protein increase).
Due to its high protein level, it has a significant share in meat and dairy animals’ diet and it is one the most important fodder even in organic meat production. Foods produced from different varieties of rapeseed have 38 percent protein and amino acids in rapeseed are soya supplement and these products have the same nutritional value. Experiments have shown that animals have a good performance if they eat a mixture of the two meals. In Canada, rapeseed meal constitutes more than 10-20 percent of the food of chicken- goose- duck- pig and milk and beef cow.
Existing drying machines and convenient control from harvesting to manufacturing, produce good oil and consequently good meal of rapeseedand observance of (HACCP) standard. Today, in the world due to competition and product proliferation in production time, agro-industries can survive and make safe their investments and this motto; “control from farm to table” that means production, manufacturing and presentation will result in healthy products for healthy society.
A) The Advantages of Rapeseed and Canola Cultivation:
1- Using their oils instead of problematic sunflower, soybean, cotton oils, promotes public health.
2- To achieve these goals, varieties and species with low rate of Erucic acid will be planted.
3- Constructed facilities for rapeseed product manufacturing, a great change will occur in the other crops and it will make a variety in cultivation and agriculture agro ecosystem will be sustained.
B) The Strategy of Oilseed Rape and Canola planting in Russia:
Considering that rapeseed can be planted in both spring and fall planting seasons and fall cultivation begins in late summer in rosette time under permanent snow stays protected from cold weather and in spring after snow melting and after completion of vegetative growth enters to reproductive stage, and it has enough time for vegetative growth stage and during that it meets the optimum temperature and enough rainfall. Climate factors and soil physic-chemical properties show that the performance is acceptable. And in fall cultivation, winter cultivation, it is better the seedbed be higher to drain the excess water from root zone out, thus the high humidity does not decrease the growth and does not yellow the rapeseed leaves in the early seasons (rapeseed plants are sensitive to root suffocation).
And its spring planting of its type that when enters the productive phase does not need to cold and are harvested in summer. Two times cultivating and harvesting in a wide range of time make it possible that machinery and equipment can be used in a wider range of time in rapeseed manufacturing time.
In addition to that, the effect of provided facilities for manufacturing and drying rapeseed crops will be resulted in development and efficient use of soil and water for other crops.
Rapeseed oil production is in accordance with the needs of Russia and, Iran as its natural and strategic ally is the market of this product. Strategic point in SWOT method puts rapeseed crops in a good situation (s.t) and the status of this project is in invasive and developing stage and can lead to investment and creating new units due to the society needs and making money. Theseevidence and reasons stimulate us to invest in this part because:
First: it is strategic and in accordance with the needs of society.
Second: the request and marketing for this product is greater than its supply.
Third: machinery and equipment can be used to produce other common crops in the region during the off-season.
It should be mentioned that canola oil produced from canola oil seed. In fact, canola oil can be produced by pressing the canola oil seeds, canola is a flowering plant with beautiful yellow flowers.
Canola plant is obtained from rapeseed plant that some changes and crosses has been done on it. Canola plant may seem like rape seed plant apparently, but it differs from that very much, especially, the composition of fatty acids in their oil seeds are is different. Canola plant has been made in the early of 1970s in Canada by changing the rapeseed plant and since the composition of its fatty acid contains a very few amounts of a harmful acid called Erucic acid. Its name, canola, derived from the name of Canada country and its low level Erucic acid. Canola means low acid, Canadian oil. Canola oil is not the same as rapeseed oil and they differ from each other.
Canola oil that consumers are familiar with it cause of its useful nutrition properties, contains the lowest amount of saturated fatty acids compared with other vegetable oils. Saturated fatty acids that especially exist in solid oils, are the cause of cardiovascular disease. So, in this aspect, canola oil is one of the best vegetable oils for human nutrition consumption. On the other hand, canola oil contains unsaturated fatty acids (liquid). The results of scientific research have shown the relation between canola and blood cholesterol reduction. Canola oil also contains moderate amounts of essential fatty acids that they are a good source of vitamin E and they have antioxidant properties and they are effective in health, but body does not make them. Also like other vegetable oils, canola oil has no cholesterol and less than 2 percent of its fatty acids composition is Erucic acid.
It should be mentioned that a part of each cell in the body is fat that has some various roles such as energy producing and helping the absorption of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K vitamins), so existing good and high nutritional quality fat in our food programs has a considerable effect on the fats role in the body and consequently our health. So the right amount of canola oil in food program can be one of the best choices in terms of oil.
It is noteworthy that each canola seed has about 40 percent oil. These seeds crushed and pressed for edible oil for human. Its remaining that is a rich source of protein used for animal food production.
The Use of Canola Oil:
Now, Canola oil is one of the most widely used vegetable oils around the world. The oil is used for frying and cooking and in some countries it is used in the structure of some products such as salad dressing and margarines. It should be mentioned that canola oil has a few amount saturated oil and it has no artificial Trans fatty acids.
It is noteworthy that Trans fatty acids, are fatty acids that often be produced artificially during the hydrogenation of vegetable oils (which leads to the production of solid vegetable oil), and they are very harmful to human health and can cause cancer.
Rapeseed oil is obtained from rapeseed plant that is cultivating widely in France, Belgium and America. Its application and consumption, particularly in France, is in industry as a lubricant in industrial devices, it is used for better equipment function (oil biodiesel). The fatty acids combination of rapeseed oil has very high doses of harmful fatty acids, therefore it is not recommended for food consumption.
